Top 10 Movie Characters I Didn't Want to Die

Image
Hello, Toby Gold here, and welcome to another Top 10 List. Today I'm going to tell you my Top 10 Movie Characters I Didn't Want to Die. For this list, I've chosen movie characters I loved so much that their deaths hit me very hard. While some of the characters on this list appear posthumously, characters who are resurrected are excluded. Also, I'm excluding Mufasa from The Lion King  because while his death was very heartbreaking and traumatizing, it was necessary in order to cement the film's theme of the Circle of Life. 10. Dr. Grace Augustine - Avatar  (2009) In James Cameron's 2009 sci-fi blockbuster Avatar , humans navigate the toxic atmosphere of the planet Pandora using Avatars, genetically engineered bodies resembling the Na'vi, a race of humanoids indigenous to the planet, with the mind of a remotely controlled human. Xenobiologist Dr. Grace Augustine is the head of the Avatar program, and she advocates for peaceful relationships

Early Man

A new movie from Aardman Animations has come out. It's called Early Man . This is how I see it. Newt Scamander's (Eddie Redmayne, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them ) tribe is driven from their valley by Loki (Tom Hiddleston, Marvel Cinematic Universe ), who plans on forcibly ending the Stone Age. With the help of Bronze Age vendor Arya Stark (Maisie Williams, Game of Thrones ) and his pet wild boar sidekick, Newt rallies his tribe (which includes Peter "Wormtail" Pettigrew, Arthur Weasley (Timothy Spall and Mark Williams, Harry Potter ), and Maurice Moss (Richard Ayoade, The IT Crowd )) to challenge Loki and his men to a football match. Ponoma Sprout (Miriam Margolyes, Harry Potter ) is a queen; Bryn West (Rob Brydon, Gavin & Stacey ) is a message bird; and Waj (Kayvan Novak, Four Lions ) is Loki's advisor and referee.

Top 10 Interrupted Wedding Scenes in Movies

Hello, Toby Gold here, and today I'll be counting down my Top 10 Interrupted Wedding Scenes in Movies. During weddings, the priest says, "Speak now or forever hold your peace." That's when this happens. For this list, I've chosen cinematic scenes in which someone objects to and/or interrupts the marriage. There may be spoilers ahead, so if you haven't seen the movie, you have been warned. 10. A Ghoulish Union - Beetlejuice  (1988) Bio-exorcist Betelgeuse can't wait to marry Lydia Deetz, as this means he can cause chaos in the mortal world. With the help of some spooky '80s stop motion animation, several ghastly creatures attend the unholy matrimony of a 16-year-old Winona Ryder and a 36-year-old Michael Keaton. Luckily, Barbara Maitland, the deceased woman who used to live in Lydia's house, crashes the wedding on the back of a giant sand worm, which devours Betelgeuse alive. Apocalypse averted. 9. Frog Fight - Muppets Most Wanted
